Laurent Lenoir
CEO
Laurent Lenoir graduated in France with a degree in life sciences engineering (École Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie de Montpellier). He started his career with Taminco in 1991 as Technical & Sales Manager Agrochemicals before holding various positions in Belgium within the Crop Protection business unit. In 2000, Laurent became Business Manager Methylamines & Derivatives Asia. Following the spin off of Taminco from UCB in 2003, Laurent became Director Asia & Global Director Feed Additives, following which he became Integration Officer relating to the Air Products acquisition in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States (between 2006‑2007). From 2007 to December 31, 2009, he was Group Vice‑President BU Methylamines & Derivatives – Regional President Asia. Since 1 January 2010, he has been our CEO.

Kurt Decat
CFO (Finance, HR and Investor Relations)
Kurt Decat studied Applied Economics and holds a masters degree in business administration from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He joined Taminco in 2003 as CFO, after a career of 15 years in financial management and business management at several multinational companies, including PwC, FedEx, Minit International, Domo and Corus.

Johan De Saegher
COO
Johan De Saegher holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Universiteit Gent and started his career as Process Engineer with Taminco in 1994. In 1998, he became responsible for the global engineering for the methylamines department. He was promoted to Site and Plant Manager of Leuna in 2000. After the spin‑off of Taminco from UCB, he became responsible for Taminco’s global manufacturing operations. In 2005, he became responsible for the Crop Business Unit and in 2007 Group Vice‑President Life Sciences and Regional President Latin America. On 1 February 2012, Johan took the position of COO.

Colin Gouveia
Executive Vice-President Functional Amines and Regional president North America.
Colin Gouveia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Norwich University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University. He started his career in the United States Army, then joined ICI Americas/Zeneca where he held Sales, Marketing and Business Manager roles from 1990-2003. In 2003 he joined Rohm and Haas (now Dow Chemical Company) as Global Market Manager, progressing to Marketing Director and later to Global General Manager for Dow’s Construction Chemicals business.

Sabine Ketsman
Executive Vice-President Specialty Amines
Sabine Ketsman graduated in Brussels with a Master degree in Business Engineering. She started her career with Taminco in 2000 as project manager in New Business Development. After a short period as Product Manager for WTS and Surfactants, in 2004, Sabine took the leading position of this business unit as Global Marketing Manager. In 2010 she became the Global Business Director for the Specialty Derivatives Business Unit, covering all products for the Water treatment, Oil & Gas, Surfactants and Pharma industry. Since 1 February 2012 Sabine is leading the Specialty Amines division and is also responsible for the global sales organization. |

Guy Van Den Bossche
Executive Vice-President Crop Protection
Guy Van Den Bossche holds a master degree in commercial engineering from FUCAM university Mons (Belgium). He started with UCB in 1986 as Business Analyst and from 1989 became Product Manager in the Organic Division. In 1995 he joined the Methylamines Division as Product Manager for the Feed Additives business unit. Since 2000 Guy stepped into the agrochemicals business, becoming Regional Business Manager Crop Protection Europe and in 2005 Global Market Manager for the then Life Sciences business unit. In 2010 he took on the responsibility of Business Director for Crop Protection and Feed Additives and since 1 February 2012 Guy holds the position of Executive Vice President Crop Protection and Regional President Latin America. |

Piet Vanneste
Executive Vice-President Strategy, R&D and M&A
Piet Vanneste holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ghent University. He started his career at BASF as Process Production Engineer in the Nitric Acid Production Unites. In 1990, he joined UCB/Taminco as Project and Process Engineer for several projects. In 1996 he became Marketing Development Manager for the methylamines and derivatives business unit before becoming Director R&T and Business Development in 2002. Since 2004, he has been leading the R&D unit, while being responsible for Strategy and M&A.

Guy Wouters
Executive Vice President Supply Chain, Purchasing & ICT
Guy Wouters joined Taminco in 1984 and holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from I.C.H.E.C. Brussels. After a career track as Warehouse, Product and Sales & Marketing Manager , Guy became Global Business Manager MA, Solvents and WTS in 1999 and was also responsible for the Supply Chain and Procurement since beginning 2003. Since January 2007, he has been leading the Global Supply Chain, Purchasing & ICT business unit.

Edward Yocum
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Ed Yocum holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. Prior to joining Taminco, Ed has served in senior legal positions for both publicly-traded and privately-held corporations, including Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Journal Register Company and Deputy General Counsel of GrafTech International Ltd. He started his career with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York.
