The REACH Regulation (EC / 1907/2006) concerning the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals entered into force on 1 June 2007.
Taminco has been committed from the start to preregister and register all substances that are produced or imported into the EU. Several deadlines are applicable under REACH (2010-2013 and 2018).
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully registered all the substances that fall under the 1 December 2010 deadline.Taminco has chosen to act as the lead registrant for 13 of these substances.
Taminco will keep you informed about further developments with regard to the status of all our products under REACH.
