You will most likely be aware that last year Air Products announced an intention to sell its European Methylamines & Derivatives business.

This letter is to inform you that Taminco has now signed an agreement with Air Products to acquire this business for an undisclosed fee.   The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals

This investment by Taminco (the former UCB Methylamines & Derivatives business) reinforces our long term commitment to this market place.  Taminco will continue to invest to maintain a long term successful business in order to support our customers and other stakeholders.  We will continue to strive for the highest possible standards in health, safety and care of the environment, as well as in production, and all aspects of customer care.

Of course, until this deal is completed, our business will continue to operate entirely independently.
