Taminco takes over contracts and sales obligations from AKZO Nobel PDF Print E-mail
Taminco informs that it has signed an agreement with Akzo Nobel to purchase the contracts and commercial obligations further to the closing by AN of its Delfzijl (The Netherlands) Methylamines & Choline Chloride plant. This agreement reinforces Taminco long term commitment to this market place, where it will continue to invest to maintain a long term successful business in order to support its customers and other stakeholders.  Taminco will continue to strive for the highest possible standards in health, safety and care of the environment, as well as in production, and all aspects of customer care.


The completion of this deal will take place on April the 14Th 2006, 9 am. 


Taminco is one of the largest producers of mono-, di- and trimethylamines worldwide, with a strong focus on methylamine derivatives, amongst which Choline Chloride. As a result, Taminco has a well-founded presence in industries such as agrochemicals, animal feed additives, specialized solvents, water treatment and surfactants.
