Taminco informs that it has signed an agreement with Akzo Nobel to purchase the contracts and commercial obligations further to the closing by AN of its Delfzijl (The Netherlands) Methylamines & Choline Chloride plant.
This agreement reinforces Taminco long term commitment to this market place, where it will continue to invest to maintain a long term successful business in order to support its customers and other stakeholders. Taminco will continue to strive for the highest possible standards in health, safety and care of the environment, as well as in production, and all aspects of customer care.
