Amietol ® M33 is a formulation based on a triazine (a cyclic tertiary triamine).  It is mainly used as a scavenger for sour gases like H2S and mercaptans in gaseous or liquid hydrocarbon streams.  Both Amietol ® M33 and its reaction products are readily biodegradable.

Amietol ® M33 is available as an aqueous solution (standard concentration of 42.5 %) - higher concentrations can be provided upon request.
