These price changes are necessary to partially compensate for large cost increases we are experiencing in producing and transporting these amines to you.  Costs of some raw materials have increased dramatically.  We at Taminco are taking many steps to control overall costs to mitigate price increases.  We value your business and we will continue to ensure that your amine and amine derivative prices are globally competitive.

If you have specific questions about these price increases, please contact your Taminco account representative.

Thank you for your ongoing business with Taminco.

Sincerely,

Gerald P. Franco
