"Warm Sweater"-day is an annual campaign of the Flemish Government about climate change, reminding everybody about the Kyoto Protocol which officially entered into force on 16 February 2005. 

Observing the objectives of this protocol, Flanders, Belgium also wants to reduce its emission of greenhouse gases that cause climate change and has therefore started this Warm Sweater-campaign.

On this symbolic day all our Ghent employees have put on a warm sweater and have turned the heating off or down, showing that we also want to contribute to energy saving and reducing CO₂ emission.
