On January 1, 2003, Taminco was officially born. UCB decided to regroup the production units at Ghent in Belgium, Leuna in Germany, Fengxian in China and the associated commercial organisation around the world, under the separate entity TAMINCO.

This means for

• the Ghent site : Taminco
• the Leuna site : Taminco GmbH
• the Fengxian site : Taminco Choline Chloride (Shanghai) Co. Ltd
• the US operation : Taminco Inc.

Taminco is delighted and confident that with this decision, they will be able work even closer with their clients, suppliers and partners.

Headquarters and management of Taminco, register of companies, TVA number continue unchanged. This applies also to the present addresses, phone, fax numbers, banking connections and to your regular contactpersons.
