Effective 01 July 2007, Taminco will increase prices for a number of higher amine products.

• n-Butylamines (MNBA, DNBA, TNBA)    10 cents per pound or 165 Euro per metric ton
• Monoisopropylamine (MIPA and solutions   5 cents per pound or 85 Euro per metric ton
• N-Propylamines (MNPA, DNPA, TNPA)    20 - 30 cents per pound 330 - 495 per metric ton
• Ethylamines (MEA, DEA, TEA and solutions)   Reduction of discounts
  

This action is being taken in response to continuing pressure on the cost to manufacture these products.  In addition to the major alcohol feedstocks, we have been impacted by higher natural gas, higher ammonia prices and the increased cost of freight.
