Ghent, Belgium, 4 October 2010 - news release

Taminco will increase prices for Amines and Solvents in Europe as follows:

Monomethylamine (DMA)	+50 Euro/mt
Dimethylamine (DMA)	+ 50 Euro/mt
Trimethylamine (TMA)	+ 50 Euro/mt
Methylamines Solutions	(prorated to above levels based on solution concentration)

Di-ethylamine (DEA)	+90 Euro/mt
Tri-ethylamine (TEA)	+90 Euro/mt

DMAC	+ 50 Euro/mt

The price increases is effective as of 1 October 2010 or as contracts allow.
