Taminco’s adjuvants Sprayfast® and Spraygard® have a unique formulation of terpene polymer, a non-ionic wetting agent and a safener for use in tank-mixture with agricultural and horticultural chemicals to improve their performance.

Main characteristics of Sprayfast and Spraygard:

• Safen virtually all herbicides. The normal rapid herbicide uptake in the first few hours is slowed down and spread out by Spraygard®/ Sprayfast®.
• Reduce transplant shock when trees, shrubs, turf grass and other plants are planted out, thus assisting their growth.
• Rainproof all fungicides and other partner products. Spraygard®/Sprayfast® only needs 30 minutes after the spray has dried, to prevent wash off by rain or irrigation.
• Improves retention of poorly retained fungicides. Most fungicides do not generally contain a ‘sticker’ in their formulation. Taminco adjuvants are the ideal stickers for these products.
• Extends the activity of all fungicides, and other partner products, including insecticides. By sticking the fungicide onto the crop and slowing degradation, the activity of the fungicide and any partner products is prolonged.
• Extends the interval between sprays. This reduces costs, and could also be critical e.g. in fruit (soft or top) should the weather make the desired spray program impossible.
